Let's get one thing straight here before we begin:

This is NOT a "drop 10 pounds in 2 weeks" kind of program.

This is NOT a "get a bikini body in 30 days" kind of program.

This is NOT a diet program.

This is NOT a body building program.

This is a foundation building program designed to carry you through the rest of your life.

Thrive Through Midlife is a program created by a midlife woman for women in midlife.

Because...

We've got a unique thing going on once we hit perimenopause and post menopause.

Shit starts happening and we don't know what is happening to us.

We wake up 10 lbs heavier.

Wait, wake up? We can't even really even sleep.

We may get really anxious or enraged.

Why do my joints ache?

We pee our pants. Maybe a little, maybe a lot.

Shit, where did my butt go? What happened to my boobs?!?

Who turned up the heat?

Who the hell AM I?!?

Regardless of your peri- or post menopausal symptoms, whether you never had them, are in the midst of them right now or are past them, one truth remains:

Our bodies are different and need different attention.

And that's why I created this program.

Coaching & the program

Thrive Through Midlife is a 12 week program built to give women the resources they need to live their healthiest life at this stage in their life. It is a holistic program consisting of research-based nutrition and strength coaching with a touch of life coaching.

The Thrive Through Midlife course is designed to guide you to:

  • put an end to depriving diets and lengthy exercise routines

  • find more balance between your responsibilities and time for yourself

  • gain greater control over your eating as you find purpose in your choices

  • put knowledge about your body's changes & needs to work for you

  • set realistic and easily actionable wellness goals to help you thrive

  • find a group of non-judgemental, like-minded women for accountability

  • find appropriate movement for your body right at this stage in your life

  • remove stress from nutrition & meal planning

With weekly Zoom meetings, weekly reading & reflection work, and the option of additional 1:1 sessions, we'll make sure that you've got the resources you need to make the most out of the program to truly thrive.

Here is what you will be doing over 12 weeks:

  • setting personal goals rooted in lifestyle and habit change

  • evaluating and setting your personal caloric and macronutrient needs

  • learning about your nutritional needs at this stage in your life

  • tracking your macronutrients to help guide your food choices

  • diving deep into your eating & drinking patterns

  • choosing between three levels of strength and movement that's right for you

  • finding nutritional strategies to make eating the right foods easier

  • using a program app to keep track of your nutrition, goals and workouts

  • exploring what more balance looks like for you - and putting actions in place to achieve it

  • demystifying hormones and their effect on your mind & body

  • managing stress and sleep

What happens if I can't make the weekly Zoom meeting?

All meetings will be recorded and the link will be shared the following day.

Do I have to do the strength training?

Whereas we would love for you to have the whole-body approach to your health and wellness, if you are not ready to strength train, we won't force you to. We do encourage you to partake in the mobility training with cardiovascular activity.

Do I have to track calories/macros?

While it is not required that you track calories and macros, it serves as a fantastic tool to build awareness about what you are consuming, if even for a short while. I do have an alternative way to track.

I don't have a gym membership, is that ok?

The program is designed so that all of our strength training for beginner & intermediate strength training can be done at home. You will need a set of loop resistance bands ("booty bands"), a swiss ball and a set of kettle bells, 5, 10, 15 & 20 lbs. Advanced strength training will need a range of dumbbell weights up to 30 lbs.

Is there an option to continue after the 3 months?

If you would like to continue with 1:1 coaching and/or programming in the app, it is totally possible after the formal coaching program has ended.

Can I pay month by month?

I want you to make the commitment to three months from the start. Change can be hard, but the more invested you are, both in mindset and financially, the more likely you are to follow through and be successful.
